Wild Garlic

Wild Garlic is harvested off-site, on land where we have the land-owners permission to enter and harvest.

Most of these sites are in wooded areas, and some are extremely steep, so care must be taken when moving around these sites to avoid falls. Appropriate footwear with a really good grip should be worn to help avoid slipping.

Wild garlic is harvested using knives, so, again, great care must be taken.

Crates can get heavy, especially when it has been raining. Don’t lift more weight than you feel comfortable and ask for help if something feels too heavy. Use good lifting practices as outlined here:
